How much does Home care cost?

The cost of care depends on your needs and the support you require. We aim to provide quality care which is why our costs are transparent. To get a quotation for home care costs contact our Care management. They will meet you at your home to discuss your requirements and preferences before creating a personalised care plan. Our Care Plans are designed to suit your personal needs, wishes and budget. We work with you to ensure that the cost of care is achievable to you and your life is made easier.

Our Process

Our Process outlines the steps involved from your initial call right through to once your support package begins.

We will have an informal no obligation discussion on how we can support you. 

We will visit you at home, or in a place of your choosing to do a free no-obligation assessment to devise your support plan.

If there is a need, you will get time to discuss our services and quotes with your family, or those you wish to include, during this phase we will happily answer any questions or concerns. 

Once you have signed our service contract, a date will be set for your support package to start. 

A person centred support plan will then be devised with you and those who you wish to include to ensure the support you will receive is the support that is what you want and need. 

You will meet your Support worker(s) and  your support starts on the agreed date.

The support provided will be the support that is set out in your personalised support plan. 

We will regularly do follow-ups to check if you are happy with our services.

We will also review the support you have been receiving and whether is is still appropriate, we will work with you to make any adjustments that are needed.
