We enable people to be in control of their lives and to live more independently.
Cap247 offers supported living services that are innovative and creative enabling individuals with different challenges to live the lives they want and have the opportunities they deserve. Our services allow individuals to live a more independent life, have more choice and control.
Our support team takes time to listen to each person to understand what they want to achieve in life. We work closely with them, their family, circle of support, and other healthcare professionals to craft a support plan and also to achieve goals stated in the support plan. We use an outcome-focused approach that provides support designed around each person’s needs.

- Meal preparation

The assessment covers areas of strength and needs. Information gathered in the assessment will also be used in the formulation of a support plan with areas of required skill development or support.
