Cap247 can offer you support in one of our supported living accommodations.
All of our accommodations have been selected with you in mind.
They feature spacious modern environments including fully equipped kitchens, living rooms and Bathrooms, with private rooms for each client.
Each accommodation is located in areas that have transport links, recreational activities within close proximity, shopping centres, restaurants and diverse communities.
Support Services
Cap247 provide a wide range of tailored support, advice and assistance including but not limited to:
- Cooking, cleaning and shopping
- development of independent living skills
- support to access education and paid employment
- support to manage budgets, benefits and tenancy agreements
- support with personal care, medications and appointments.
- Support with hobbies, interests and social involvement
Who we can support
CAP247 can support anyone over the age of 18. We can Support individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, Autism, Physical disabilities and frailty.
Our activities
Entertainment and recreational pursuits have been identified as important aspects of our work with individuals. We encourage our clients to develop and engage in interesting activities, inside and outside their homes.
Education & Vocational training
We value education and training as it promotes an independent lifestyle. Clients tell us about their ambitions and aspirations and are encouraged and assisted to access a range of educational and occupational activities in line with them.
Overseas Holidays
We offer you opportunities to go on group or individual holidays to any country as well as planning and budgeting for the trip.
